An efficient method of constructing cell graph in arrangement of quadrics in 3-dimensional space of rotations

Abstract

In this paper an efficient method is presented to construct a cell graph in an arrangement of quadric surfaces in 3-dimensional space of rotations. It is particularly useful to motion planning in 3-dimensional space of rotations.
